This project was contracted in late October 2022. The production line primarily involves technical modifications and expansions of key equipment such as dryers, interconnected kilns, and coolers. All core equipment adopts mature technologies to ensure compliance with energy-saving and emission-reduction standards, enhancing both social and economic benefits for the plant.¡­

We have signed the sugar residue treatment equipment with AK company, which is the largest sugar production factory in UAE. Tens of millions of tons of sugar residue need be processed each year. The sugar residue treatment production line contract signed with AK company is an experimental line. The purpose is to explore how to dispose the sugar residue reasonably, recycle the useful components and convert it into lime. At the same time, the lime is further ground, and then by hydration into lime milk. The lime milk will be used in the sugar plant's own production.¡­

Since 2016, the zinc oxide industry is very popular. Kaifeng Xinke Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. decided to expand production and then set up a zinc oxide production line. With a total investment of 530,000,000 RMB, it is planned to dispose 50,000 tons of waste residue, the comprehensive recovery of 20,000 tons of zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is mainly used for distillation of zinc production line system to take 10,000 tons of distilled, 20 tons of indium, 15,000 tons of the middle by-product zinc sulfate, 10,000 tons of hydrochloric acid and 5000 tons of other valuable metals tin, bismuth, and germanium.¡­

Since 2015, the environmental protection department of Shandong Province has promoted pulverized coal as clean energy to the whole province. Linyi City is a pilot project. Linyi Aobote Thermal Power Co., Ltd approved the 20T pulverized coal boiler project. The pulverized coal boilers and pulverized coal preparation stations begin to bid in China.¡­

On December 14, 2016, we signed a business contract. During the execution of the contract, we went to the site for several times to carry out program exchange and project schedule exchange. In October 2017, the project of pulverizing coal preparation plant of ZKRM15.2 was successfully completed and passed the inspection at one time. To provide a good customer service, we not only save the cost of production for customers, but also improve customer productivity.¡­

Through the bidding, Î÷¹ÏÓ°ÊÓ., Ltd won the bid with professional technology and reliable process equipment. The project was commissioned in April 2018.¡­
