The company can produce rotary kiln with diameter ¦µ1-¦µ6m, which is used for acidification roasting of lithium concentrate by new lithium battery materials. The support of this kind of kiln is divided into rolling and sliding types, The drive can adopt DC or AC frequency conversion speeder regulation, and there are various forms of seals to adapt to different working conditions. Application:
It is suitable for the acidification roasting of lithium concentrates such as spodumene and amblygonite.
Structure:
The rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, transmission device, support roller device and thrust roller device, kiln inlet seal, internal Jacket combustion system, hot air pipeline system, kiln outlet hood, etc. The kin shell is a heated rotary part, which is made of Q245R carbon steel plate by rolling welding. The shell is supported on the support device by the tire, and one or several support devices are equipped with mechanical or hydraulic thrust rollers to control the axial movement of the shell; The transmission device makes the cylinder rotate at the speed required by the process through the gear ring in the middle of the cylinder, Due to the need of installation and maintenance, the larger kiln is equipped with an auxiliary transmission device that makes the kiln body rotate at a very low speed: In order to prevent cold air from entering and flue gas and dust overflowing from the cylinder, reliable sealing devices are set at the feeding end and discharging end of the cylinder. To ensure the external heating efficiency, special air duct is set in the jacket to ensure the thermal efficiency of hot air and accurate temperature control, Special anti-sticking devices are set on the outer and inner walls of the cylinder to ensure the smoothness of materials.
Customized ¦µ0.8¨C5.5m Acidification Kiln for Lithium Concentrate Acidification Roasting
1. Sealing at inlet & outlet: Available with dynamic/static ring combination seal (leak?tight at ¡À500 Pa) or gland packing flexible seal (reduces air ingress). Effective sealing minimizes humid air entry, prevents dilute acid formation from concentrated sulfuric acid, greatly reduces corrosion, and extends shell life.
2. Shell: Made of acid?resistant material with high machining precision and low runout, ensuring reliable sealing and stable operation.
3. Internal features: Screw crushing device breaks agglomerates and sticky wall deposits. Multiple staggered rows of lifters agitate the material, prevent sliding friction damage to the shell, and improve heating uniformity. Special lifter angle design avoids excessive dust generation.
4. Outer jacket & insulation: Jacket is fabricated separately; special external insulation structure prevents insulation wool from being blown off, ensuring uninterrupted production.
5. Hot air system: Multi?pass recirculation ensures high heat transfer efficiency. Average heat consumption ~7¨C9 Nm?, acidification rate 96¨C98%.
6. Control system: Multiple instruments integrated into DCS for full?system intelligent control, maintaining stable acidification rate and energy consumption.
