To address the problem of high moisture content in raw coal leading to clogging, the screen plate was optimized with the use of new wear-resistant and anti-clogging materials. The number and area of ventilation holes were increased to improve material permeability, effectively solving the problem of wet coal processing and ensuring stable operation and efficient production of the equipment.
