Introduction

Our company manufactures acidification kiln coolers with diameters from ¦µ1 to ¦µ5.5m, used for cooling the material after acidification roasting of lithium concentrate for new lithium battery materials.

Features

1. Under normal conditions, the discharge temperature of the converted roasted material is kept at approximately 80¡ãC, that of the acidified cooled material at approximately 60¡ãC, and the cooling temperature for lepidolite roasted material at approximately 80¡ãC.

2. The cooler is available in multiple heat exchange configurations: external jacket water spray cooler, external jacket water spray + internal tube bank cooler, internal circulation tube cooler, etc. Special custom designs can be provided based on different site conditions, investment levels, material characteristics, and required discharge temperatures.
