Spodumene roasting system is the core upstream step in the sulfuric acid-based lithium extraction process. Through high-temperature treatment, the stable crystal structure of spodumene is destroyed, enabling a solid-phase reaction with sulfuric acid. This converts insoluble lithium into soluble lithium sulfate for subsequent water leaching and recovery.
